* Bitter Gourd: The juice of bitter gourd with seeds or the cooked vegetable is beneficial for diabetics. It reduces sugar levels in blood and urine. If you prefer to go with this drink, it is advisable to do so on an empty stomach or before meals.
* Black Plum: This is said to be a boon for diabetes. Dried powder of the leaves of this plant is also very effective in lowering blood sugar levels.
