* Jogging : Jogging is slightly harder than walking in terms of how much effort it can take out of you. However, the more you push yourself the fitter you will get. Going jogging can be difficult, both in terms of how exhausting it can be as well as motivating yourself, that is why it is a great idea to find a jogging partner. It is recommended that you find a jogging partner that is equally as fit as you are which means you will be able to keep the same pace as one another.

* Swimming : Swimming is a great activity because it works all the major muscle groups in your body, meaning you can improve your appearance as well as your stamina, health and endurance.
